Begin your romantic interlude at Harbour Estates Winery with hot mulled
wine and an intimate horse and sleigh tour of the estate. After the
ride, salute your love with a Harbour Estates sweet shot…a specially
blended taste of icewine!
Next, a special invitation from the proprietors of Ninavik Native Arts,
Niagara's largest collection of native stone sculpture. You'll enjoy
a private tour of the gallery's collection of Inuit and Iroquois art.
The gallery owners, Scott and Carla Daly, will share their favourite
carvings and the stories and legends that inspire these incredible works.
The quaint shops of the Jordan Village will be open for you to stroll
through at your leisure.
We've arranged a very special romantic four course wine sampling dinner
for you and your love this year, in the cellars of the winery, with
your own onsite chef. Chef Laurie Shepard will be preparing your dishes
for you before your eyes. We've chosen wines to pair with each course
along with tasting notes and reasons for pairing each wine with a particular
dish.
This package is available weekends in February for an all inclusive
price of $200.00 plus tax per couple. Reservations are required.
