Self guided tour

Stop at the wine boutique for a self guided tour brochure. Then take a leisurely stroll through the vineyards, to the back of the property overlooking the Harbour. Points of interest are briefly explained within the brochure telling the story of HEW. Complimentary. No reservations required.

Guided Tours

Wine making tour- For those interested in the making of wine from start to finish, join our winemaker in a tour of our winemaking facilities. Learn about our style of making wine. Discuss how decisions are made about harvest time, pressing, racking, filtering, yeasts, right to finishing wine and choice of bottles. A sample of three wines included. $10.00pp plus GST. Reservations required. 45 min.

Viticultural tour- Enjoy a tutored walk through the HEW vineyards. Learn about our unique "terroir", our vines, trellising systems, and the importance of canopy management. A sample of three wines included. $10.00pp plus GST. Reservations required. 45 min.

Eco-tour- HEW is all about water, the environment and the locale. Discover all the natural things that make HEW so unique. Learn about the rich history of Jordan Harbour and it's significance today. A sample of three wines included. $10.00pp plus GST. Reservations required. 45 min.

All Inclusive tour- If you want to learn it all, this is the one for you. This tour combines information from the above three tours to give you the "all encompassing" look at HEW. Three wine samples and a cheese and cracker plate included. $15.00pp plus GST. 1.5 hours.

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. Care should be taken to wear the proper footwear and clothing. Call us for group rates.
