You can now order our wines online. We can only deliver within Ontario to persons 19 years of age or older. When you order, all processing is done on a secure site. Your credit card information is transmitted to us securely and we process it in our retail store. Processing is done a maximum of two days prior to shipping, but in most cases the day before. You may order any amount of wine you wish. We offer delivery at no extra charge if you order a case minimum(can be mixed), are in our regular sales area, and can wait for our scheduled delivery time into your area. Vidal Chardonnay
Fresh nose of citrus, mandarin orange, rose and hints of minerality. Subtle sweetness is balanced wonderfully with a zesty orange/citrus acidity. Lots of tropical flavours fill your mouth as you enjoy this wine. Great on it's own or with appetizers, seafood, or light pasta dishes.

'08 Chardonnay (0) $13.25 750 ml
The wine boasts, butter scotch, orange blossom, and mandarin orange, with hints of flint, green apple and herbs. Slightly oily on the palate, with a pleasant softness. Subtle green apple acidity is well balanced with fruit and body.
Wonderful with cream sauce, pasta dishes or on it's own!

Fresh, ripe lime and other citrus fruits. Subtle honey and mineral aromoas are noticeable. Soft, yet fresh and lively on the palate. Good length. Great with appetizers, salads or on it's own.

Powerful nose, with rich black fruits, smoke, eucalyptus, mint and anise. Soft on the palate, with a delicate richness. Blackberries, subtle blueberries and spice are noticeable. A truly elegant wine.

Spice, smoke, cassis, subtle raspberry andanise. Medium bodied, light tanninsand long pleasing finish. Enjoy with red meat.

Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc/Merlot
Slightly smokey nose. Black fruit, berry jam and tobacco are also prominent. Medium to full bodied, full of fruit flavours and extremely pleasing on the palate. Hints of mineral, fresh black cherries and under-ripe black raspberries.

Black cherries, anise, oak, and earthy aromas fill the glass. Slightly green on the palate with hints of mineral, fresh black cherries and under-ripe black raspberries. Medium bodied with a long earthy finish. A definite food wine.

Deep, rich purple colour. Slightly smokey on the nose with aromas of blackberry, cassis, cigar, and a touch of anise. This full bodied wine carries a truly elegant balance of black fruit nuances that linger on the palate. Eight months of French Oak aging developed well structured tannins within the wine and give it a smooth, creamy texture. Subtle undertones of anise carry into a long finish of chocolate and black fruit.

A full bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Ripe black fruits, mineral and herbs. Firm tannins. Thirteen months of new and one year old French and American oak. Our Premier Vintage label is only produced in years of exceptional quality.
